One of the more common questions that is asked is what the difference is between a home and a cottage. The main difference is that a cottage has two fronts. A home has road side entry that should have great curb appeal. There are many ways to dress up the front of your home and give it the charm and beauty it deserves. The rear of a home is usually seen less and does not require the same attention or care.

A cottage must have similar appeal from the roadside, but the main focus is generally the lakeside. This is often referred to as the front of the cottage. With your ideas and inspiration I will give my best recommendations to make sure your cottage really stands out when viewed from the lakeside and also has great curb appeal as you drive in.
